Our Tale

Route 7 Cigars was started by Alejandro "Alec" Rubiera in 2018.

Ever since he was a child, he was surrounded by premium cigars and fine wine. His father, being Cuban, always enjoyed good cigars from the golf course, to simply relaxing at home. Some might say it's in his blood!

Alec started working in his local cigar shop while pursuing his business degree. Upon graduation, Alec worked for Ashton Cigars as a territory sales manager for 6 years.

Alec's passion for selling luxury goods, and his devotion to educating his customers led him to finally fulfill his lifelong dream of opening his own cigar store and lounge.

Route 7 Cigars, named after the location of his first store, is a place everyone can feel welcome. With knowledgeable and welcoming staff, excellent products, and an inviting atmosphere.
